Deborah began work at a young age, and in doing so, was able to experience job opportunities in many fields. This allowed her to connect with people from all walks of life and to be exposed to many diverse situations. She enjoys getting to know people and delights in helping them to achieve the best outcomes in any endeavors she is assisting with.

Deborah entered college as a non-traditional student and graduated with an Honors degree from Oklahoma State University. She was named as one of the top 40 Seniors in her graduating class, and the American Studies Outstanding Senior of the year. After that, she was accepted into the University of Tulsa College of Law and completed her JD and LLM degrees with honors.

While in law school, she began working for the Jim Halsey Company and was able to participate in opportunities in Tulsa, Nashville, and other major entertainment hubs. After graduation, she moved to Nashville and began working with Dreamcatcher Entertainment. She has the privilege of working with top artists and executives in sports, music and entertainment. She firmly believes no task is to menial for her to do because all duties contribute to the overall success of the project. Because of this willingness to do whatever it takes, she gained a myriad of experience in the multi-faceted industry, in areas such as touring, contracts, artist management and financial administration, in both domestic and international levels.

She has served on the boards of several charitable organizations and is currently serving as an advisory board member to the American Therapeutic Riding Center which provides equine therapy to children with developmental disabilities as well as children recovering from trauma. She often serves at events for other charitable organizations doing whatever needs to be done to help make the affair a success.

Her favorite pastimes include gardening, cooking, vintage holiday ornaments, travel, and American history. But most of all, her greatest joy is her daughter.
